Today I am participating in Crazy Crafters team highlight, hosted by our team leader Kylie Bertucci.
I am sharing a super simple Birthday card. Usually I make C6 (14.9 cm x 10.5 cm) cards, but this time, I decided to make a 15 cm x 15 cm (6" x 6") card for a change. But of course it can be made as C6 card as well.whatever you prefer. What is great about this project is that requires minimum time and minimum supply and a simple design, making it perfect for all card makers.

Here is what you will need:
2017- 2019 Incolor cardstock 30.5cm x 30.5 cm (145453)
Tropical Escape Designer Series Paper (DSP) (146916)
Whisper White cardstock A4 (106550)
Fresh Fig 1/8" (3.2mm) Sheer ribbon (144174)
Fresh Fig Ink pad (147144)
Picture Perfect Birthday Stamp (145519)
Stitched shaped framelits (145372) (optional)
.....and thats all you need, and you know what ?
You can use any DSP you like and sentiment
you want for your card.
Follow these steps to make this card:
1. Card base- Cut the Tranquil tide cardstock to 15 cm x 30 cm (included in the 2018- 2020 Incolor cardstock pack), and score at half (15 cm).
2. Cut the Tropical escape DSP to 14.5 cm x 14.5 cm and stick to the card base.
3. Die cut the whisper white cardstock with the largest stitched shaed square or cut it at approximately 6.5 cm (2 1/2") square, and stamp your sentiment in it.
4. Cut another Tranquil Tide piece at approx. 8.5 cm x 7 cm (3 1/8" x 2 3/4").
5. Stick the whisper white square with sentiment onto the tranquil tide piece leaving a small border on 3 sides leaving a bigger space at the bottom.
6. Wrap the fresh Fig ribbon at the bottom of the sentiment and make a bow or a knot as per your preference.
And there you go, you have your card!!!

Hey, Simriti, you have done an amazing job, with both your blog and your Card. Your instructions are easy to read and follow, the DSP is gorgeous, I wouldn't mind it at all as Wallpaper on my walls at home, then have a little more of the pattern as maybe cushions to complete the room. Your colour combo is divine and love what you did with the ribbon. Your whole card is so neat, clear and sharp. Well Done.
